Terms of Service

DATRUS AI

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Datrus AI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Datrus AI provides an enterprise-grade artificial intelligence platform for regulated industries, including but not limited to financial services and healthcare. Features include document analysis, retrieval-augmented generation, conversational interfaces, and compliance tooling.

3. Authorized Use

Access is granted only to users invited by an authorized administrator of a Datrus AI client tenant or to members of the Datrus AI staff. You may not share credentials, attempt to access other tenants' data, or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Customer Data

Documents and conversations you submit to the Service are stored in tenant-isolated infrastructure. Datrus AI does not use customer data to train models. Refer to the Privacy Policy for full data-handling details.

5. Confidentiality & Compliance

Datrus AI maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer data, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, and regional data residency. Healthcare tenants are subject to additional HIPAA-aligned controls.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) transmit malicious code; or (d) impair the Service's operation. Datrus AI may suspend access for violations.

7. Service Availability

Datrus AI strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

8. Limitations

Outputs are AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. The Service is provided "as is" and is not a substitute for licensed legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. Always validate outputs with a qualified professional.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the terms set forth in the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA). Upon termination, customer data is returned or deleted per the MSA's data retention terms.

10. Changes

Datrus AI may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to tenant administrators.
